- 1:2:1 online course
These eight consecutive weekly sessions will be held via Zoom – an easy-to-use online webinar/conference call programme.
The practices and guided meditations will be available online and you will be able to share reflections , ask questions with your trainer and get direct feedback via an online discussion forum.
The course supports you to practise on your own at home with daily meditations of 10 – 20 mins and ’mindfulness in daily life’ exercises.
Included in the fees, and depending on which course is booked, is the award-winning book
” Mindfulness for Health” a practical guide to relieving pain, reducing stress and restoring wellbeing by Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman and “The little mindfulness workbook” by Gary Hennessy. As well as short learning materials to watch, listen to and read in your own time each week.
