Do you have a meditation practice or have you tried mindfulness but perhaps you are struggling to keep up a practise on your own?
It can be hard to stay motivated, can’t it?
Sometimes we all need a bit of encouragement and support to stay on track and remind us of why we started practising mindfulness and meditation in the first place.
I’m happy to announce that each week on Wednesdays at 5:45pm – 6:15pm we will be getting together for a thirty minute online session to explore a different mindfulness practice each week, helping us to stay grounded in the present moment and connected to our own practice.
Some of the guided practices will be based on building awareness of sensations in the body or the breath, developing positive mental states, i.e. getting to know one’s mind, understanding what our unhelpful tendencies are, cultivating a kinder, more compassionate attitude towards ourselves and others and honestly exploring what gets in the way of becoming a more uninhibited and compassionate person.
