Led by Lisa Kennedy, BA Outdoor Education (twenty years’ experience in Yoga & Mindful meditation facilitation and Forest bathing guide) you’ll embark on a simple nature walk, share a series of guided meditations, invitations and tools to help you develop and connect to the natural world.
Set in a stunning walled garden and woodlands, this is a rare combination of sensual immersion, stillness practice and guided meditation, that will help you stay centered and grounded in the deepest part of yourself.
