8 week group online course

6:30pm – 8:30pm
The sessions will consist of 20 hours of class time over the 8 weeks, including guided meditation, in-depth teaching on the practices and techniques, discussion, opportunities for questions, and help with your home practice.
Inclusive of people with all kinds of characteristics, experience and for those of us whose life is demanding, complex and busy. Suitable but not limited to those of us living with pain, a health condition that is big or small, short- term or long term, in recovery or caring for others
In the sessions, Lisa an experienced Breathworks teacher (MBPM) will guide you through exercises featured in the best-selling ‘Mindfulness for Health’ book by Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman.
