Once this booking is confirmed sessions are non refundable and non transferable. Please do not request a refund if you are unwell or unexpectedly unable to attend.

If you are not able to attend the session you have booked or are a ‘no-show’ no refunds are available.

Bookings are not transferable from one date to another, however if you can’t make the day, the full cost of your booking will be donated to FASN, Family Addiction Support in Drogheda.

In the event of the booked event being cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions or a confirmed Covid 19 case, a full refund or transfer to the next available date will apply.

Thank you for your understanding. I appreciate that you don’t ask me to make exceptions. This policy was created with your best interests in mind and to make the system manageable.

 The only exception to this booking policy is in extenuating circumstances such as admission to hospital or baby being born early or additionally a confirmed Covid 19 case.
