THE PRACTICE OF FOREST BATHING
Forest bathing has roots in mindfulness, especially mindful walking. Fused together by many sources such as neuroscience, poetry, art, mythology, storytelling, history, herbalism, outdoor therapy and the sense of being connected and part of nature feed into it at times.

This scientifically proven practice uses mindfulness techniques to positively promote our physical and mental health, leaving us with a deep sense of calm that follows us home.
Lisa has a BA Degree in Outdoor Education, is a Breathworks UK Mindfulness teacher (MBPM) has been facilitating body and breath awareness programmes since 2001 and has a formal meditation practice since 2013.
She holds public and professional liability insurance for Forest bathing and Mindfulness in nature programmes.
